Is the authenton#1 FIDO2 PSD2 Compliant?

 
Yes, the authenton#1 is FIDO2 certified and is PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) compliant.

The PSD2 requires strong customer authentication (SCA) for electronic payments, and FIDO2 is a recognized SCA solution.

FIDO2 meets the PSD2 requirements for multi-factor authentication, and it has been approved by the European Banking Authority (EBA) as a compliant solution for SCA under PSD2.

Many banks and financial institutions in Europe have already adopted FIDO2 for their PSD2 compliance requirements.
